About me and my practice
My service is online via Zoom on Monday - Friday, day or evening and in strict confidence.
I have a vast amount of experience with mental health issues. I trained as a mental health nurse and then trained as a person centred integrative counsellor.
I have many tools that we can used to get you back on track with your life.
Life is too short not to be able to live your best life. Being able to talk with me without judgement in a safe place will enable you talk through your issues. The first session will be about getting to know you and your expectations from counselling.
I totally understand the first session you may feel nervous about talking to a stranger but I am here for you only, and we can discuss any concerns or worries you might have.
Experience
I have worked in many settings within mental health, including drug and alcohol issues and couple's relationship issues.
I work with clients over 18 years old.
I have experience of working with bereavement and having had my own experience of loss.
Mental health issues covers such a wide topic and because I have been working in mental health for over 20 years, I can draw on my experiences.
